The only data being collected from you is the data you explicitly provide on your registration form. 

The platform utilized for consultation calls is an encrypted and HIPAA compliant version of Google Meet.

You may join via any smart device. Some phones and/or tablets require the Google Meet app to be installed. The app is not required to join via web, which offers the best experience. 

Meetings will not be recorded, unless otherwise discussed and unanimously consented to by all present participants.
